Information that you provide to us is used to contact you in reference to your questions, an order, special events and promotional offers. if you do not want to receive information other than order confirmation, we will gladly accommodate your wishes.

payments
we accept visa, mastercard, money orders and checks. we do not accept american express. you are welcome to pay cash, though it is not recommended to do so through the mail. for mail order with a money order/check, please allow up to five business days for your payment to reach our office. we will hold your order until your payment has been received. your money order/check should be made payable to sarimotley cosmetics, llc and mailed to the address listed below.

policy on returned checks
it is understood and agreed that presentation of a check as the form of payment for your purchase is a contractual agreement obligating you as responsible for payment. for any check that is returned non-payable, you must pay in cash or with certified funds the original check amount plus a $25 returned check fee.

shipping
we ship usps priority mail (usually 2 - 3 days) unless otherwise noted. if you prefer an alternate postal carrier, please let us know and we will accommodate those needs. shipping costs are based on package weight.

returns/guarantee
your satisfaction is our primary goal. if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly within 14 days from receipt. we will replace or exchange your product or issue a “store credit" that you may use at your convenience.
